Hand written minutes for the Wildlife Preservation Society of Queensland Gordonvale branch start at the inaugural meeting on 4/7/1969 and include Council Meeting Minutes, and Annual General Meeting Minutes. These continue until the meeting of 27/6/1972. Cairns Branch Executive Committee minutes are loose, and start on 6/10/1971.
