Townsville City Council Archive
This is a collection of documents found in the old Town Hall in Flinders Street, Townsville, during its demolition in April 1978 after being damaged by fire. The documents originate, principally, from the City Engineer's Department but some represent other areas of City administration. Much of the material is charred, smoke-blackened or water damaged, and some of the older plans are very fragile.
