Harold Raymond Gardner was Member of the Legislative Assembly for Rockhampton between 1956 and 1960. Although holding no specific portfolio, he was always actively involved in any plans for Rockhampton's benefit and improvement. His papers give an adequate coverage of his work during this time and mirror his deep concern for his home town.
