W.B. Belcher Archive

Wilfred Bernard Belcher M.A, M.C. arrived at St. Barnabas Bush Brotherhood, Atherton, in April 1924. Belcher was welcomed in small communities all over the Tablelands in his official capacity and also as an accomplished pianist. In 1929 he returned to England, later serving in South Africa, returned to Australia and in 1948 became the fifth Bishop of North Queensland.
